Meet Chris Tuck

Fitness Coach Since 2007 & New Farm Parkrun Warm Up guy

Since 2007, I’ve helped over 700 New Farm people achieve their health and fitness goals through Personal Training, Group Classes, Small Group and Online Training.

Situated outdoors next to the New Farm Park soccer oval, we train in one of Brisbane’s most stunning locations.

Our classes are always fun but challenging, combining Fitness, Boxing and Strength sessions to give you tons of variety.

Now I’ve been fit and healthy most of my life but before I before I became one of the most experienced Personal Trainer’s in New Farm, there was a time when work took over and I was stressed, unhappy and overweight.

My daily diet consisted of a sugary breakfast, trips to the bakery and juice bar, subs with extra toppings, lollies and multiple energy drinks. Weekends were always over-indulgent, downing of plenty of beers, chips and chocolate.

I then began my Personal Training course and learned all about optimal nutrition, a strong mindset, effective strength training and interval training. I lost 12kgs in 10 weeks and felt amazing!

Now 17 years on, I can help you better than ever become fitter, more energetic, stronger, healthier, happier and to be the best version of yourself!
